Welcome to our latest update. Here is a short summary of the recent events we took part in:

We’re proud to have been again a Gold partner at the #Infoshare Conference, the biggest tech event in Central and Eastern Europe. It was a brilliant experience providing the technical backbone for this large international hybrid event. With over 6,500 attendees, 150 speakers, 250 partnerships, and over 500 startups, the event was a huge success. The conference took place in Gdańsk from May 24-25, 2023, and it was great for us to be a part of such an impressive gathering.

Living up to its reputation as a large-scale hybrid event, we partnered with Infoshare in delivering an exceptional conference packed with engaging sessions. Thanks to our LiveWebinar Enterprise solutions, we streamed the conference to nearly 50,000 attendees across the world through six thematic stages. It was a collaborative effort where the LiveWebinar team played a crucial role in enabling the attendees to join in seamlessly. We take pride in crafting and delivering superior online conference tools that facilitate such impactful global broadcasts.

We had the opportunity to participate in the Altar Conference dedicated to customer service. Once again, we were partners of this event, which gave us a lot of satisfaction. The conference showcased the latest trends in customer service, which were discussed using numerous case studies. Filip Rau, our Head of Sales at LiveWebinar Enterprise, talked about how the implementation of a virtual platform for customer service increased sales from the customer’s shopping basket by 25-30% and how successfully a new communication channel was created for medical representatives.

At LiveWebinar, we have always aimed to be present where significant events on modern technologies and digital innovations take place.  In this particular case, we were invited to the Huawei Eco-Connect Poland 2022 conference in Warsaw. The preparations for our presentation were in full swing. At the conference, we delivered our presentation, led by Filip Rau from LiveWebinar, who is responsible for the white label service.
