We are looking for:

Customer Support Specialist

Location: Fully remote

 

Responsibilities:

  • Friendly and effective customer service,
  • Answering to customers by e-mail / chat,
  • Demo sessions,
  • Close cooperation with other departments in order to solve customers’ issues efficiently,
  • Helping with projects conducted in other departments,
  • Best customer care and proactive approach.



    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a similar position (especially in SaaS products)
    • Very good English both written and spoken,
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook),
    • Good knowledge of Jira and Zendesk,
    • Work experience with USA customers
    • Technical problem solving skills,
    • Ticketing system experience,
    • Positive attitude, diligence and engagement,
    • Open to work in a dynamic and fast pacing environment.
