Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for:
Customer Support Specialist
Location: Fully remote
Responsibilities:
- Friendly and effective customer service,
- Answering to customers by e-mail / chat,
- Demo sessions,
- Close cooperation with other departments in order to solve customers’ issues efficiently,
- Helping with projects conducted in other departments,
- Best customer care and proactive approach.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position (especially in SaaS products)
- Very good English both written and spoken,
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook),
- Good knowledge of Jira and Zendesk,
- Work experience with USA customers
- Technical problem solving skills,
- Ticketing system experience,
- Positive attitude, diligence and engagement,
- Open to work in a dynamic and fast pacing environment.
